Personnel Ressource en Information et Orientation (Resource Staff in Information and Career)
The Resource Staff in Information and Career (PRIO) is a member of school staff: a teacher, a librarian, a CPE or an assistant principal. He must be clearly identified in the establishment and known by the Career and Higher Education Service (Service Orientation et Enseignement Supérieur - SORES) from the AEFE. He acts as a referent and an intermediary for staff, pupils and parents, for any career information.
PRIOs work under the authority of the principal, who rules the implementation of the Information and Career Plan decided with the teaching team in the Establishment Project.
Along with the Principal, to whom they report, PRIOs are privileged interlocutors of AEFE’s SORES regarding any career issue with students of the Lycée Chateaubriand.
